As part of the Ghana field trip, he presented parts of his research findings on adaptation to coastal erosion in the Ghanaian Volta Delta. The event was attended by more than 100 participants from academia and politics, from NGOs, as well as members of affected communities and students (UFR & UG). After an introduction to the complex issue of coastal erosion in deltas, the focus was placed on mitigation and adaptation.
